K301 SITE SERVICES BUILDING

In partnering with Mussett Nicholas, CMID Inc. provided design engineering services, as a subconsultant, for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines as part of the design team for new K301 Site Services Building for Eli Lilly at LTC. The building is proposed for two floors totaling approximately 69,000 square feet.

CMID services included providing Electrical and Mechanical Engineering support for the following:

• Mechanical design and coordination services for all interior plumbing for the building
• Fire protection mains interior to the building
• Electrical design and coordination services for the building hardware as needed for the Security System, the Emergency Announcement System, and the Fire Alarm System.
• CAD services to prepare drawing for entry into the Lilly system
