CMID provided Professional Inspection Services required for the construction of the Military Park Shelter House Project in White River State Park. This project involves the renovation of the existing shelter house to include adding an ADA accessible ramp, concrete sidewalks, site re-grading, landscaping, roof replacement, ADA accessible men's and women's restrooms, new windows with ventilation louvers, pavilion concrete replacement, new lighting, doors, drinking fountain, underground electrical and telephone service.
CMID's services included the following:
- Prepare and transmit progress reports to owner and area engineer
- Process change orders
- Maintain Material Records
- Serve as owner's representative on a part-time basis or on a full-time basis as directed by the area engineer
